For tourist visa, need proof of onward/return transportation, employment, letter of invitation, and $50 fee ($30 visa fee plus $20 application fee). Business visa requires $50, company letter stating purpose of trip. (Payment by money order only and include Self addressed prepaid envelope with proper postage for return of passport by registered mail.)
