Japanese Passport
An application for a new Japanese passport will require completion of an application and payment of fees.

Required supporting documents might include and are not limited to any of the following:
• Birth certificate
• Certificates of identity
• Proof of citizenship
• Passport-size photographs
• Self addressed stamped envelope
